The Internet is all -- you should pardon the expression -- a-Twitter about the social media platform's apparent SHUTOFF NOTICE, delivered by Google, apparently after Twitter decided not to pay the bill for its server access.  Many of their functions shut down for most of a day; nobody could look at posts or respond to them, although, oddly, many continued to post blindfolded.  This is how Musk himself commented on the overturned applecart:
